It seems likely that every army was risen to defend the integrity of the soldier's children. It seems likely that every technology was developed to allow humanity to have more yield for less work. It seems likely that every step was taken towards a life of ease.

Yet we are there now. The developed countries of this world fight not for food but for luxuries. We fight for smaller things day by day. People even begin ridiculing the significance of life. If you think life is worthless, go live in isolation, in a place with no help from the outside world. Perhaps then you may realize how far humanity has come.
