The world is filled with inequality. The world is filled with wealth, resource and food yet there is still widespread poverty and famine. People in wealthy countries will forever know of the suffering in other parts of the world. It is over our media, our education, our county's propaganda.

Yet there is poverty within the upper echelons of the world. Many people complain about their life. They don't make enough money. They don't have a large enough property or a nice enough location.

I wonder what could cause such a level of thinking. You are born into a family which has never known starvation, a home which has always known the feel of a warm, soft bed and the cleansing feel of a shower. Yet we still nitpick about the tiniest of things.

Perhaps it is the feel of relativity. Perhaps, it was the fact that we were wealthy yesterday that we must be wealthier today. Perhaps that notion of constant improvement is what makes us thrive. Perhaps humanity was never built to stay on the same level for long. Perhaps.

Yet, if we were to maintain this then perhaps it is better to be born in poverty so we may always climb higher. We could also learn to stay at the same level and grow used to where we are.

But if we learn to stay at the same level and appreciate it, why would we fight to go up? We would inherit the motivation-less element of communism. Without a free market, we would remain the same or possibly recede.

Then perhaps, this feeling of failure, of striving is beneficial to humanity as a whole?
